First introduction screening went very casual and approachable, straight to the point. This step was really easy and I appreciated the connection with the recruiter. Then, you are invited - more rushed to do so - to have an interview have an AI interview which is based on their product they are promoting. You prepared and read again the job description.
You connect on the invitation link and an AI robotized voiced basically turn every bullet point in the job description as very wordy questions. However, you are asked to answer in short manner while elaborating. The interaction is far from natural and it does not feel as a conversation at all. You have no room for thought break to elaborate as the AI carry on with the next question in the middle of your answer.
You see the transcription badly produced and realized during the process that you cannot understand how can you evaluation talented like that.
The process last less than 20 minutes.
Five days later, you obviously just receive a no-go with no specific details.
What I have learn from this experience? Personally, I have room to produce meaningful interviews where we put the human at the center and really explore problems or ideas. I will not recommend their product for my own needs as I was really unimpressed.
