Not the exact wording of the questions because of bad memory but the question topic was along these lines Tell us about yourself and why you prepared for this role. What experience do you have working with SEN children? What behavioural strategies do you use that were successful in dealing with disruptive behaviour in SEN children? What would you do if an SEN child who was on an individual goal plan was not meeting their targets? What is the purpose of assessment and how can you help the teacher in this? What would you do if there was a safeguarding issue within the school?
