2 skype interviews and 1 HR interview. With in 1 week they completed the process. Initially I asked for 5LPA. After I was selected they offered 3.6 LPA for 3 years experience. I was shocked with their offer. I rejected their offer after that they hiked to 4 LPA. After one day they increased to 4.5LPA. Even the interview was not so qualitative. It was very easy. They asked me all basic questions. I felt like some unexperienced person has asked me the questions.

No matter how specific their requirements look in the JD, these guys seem to be expecting the entire IT department in one person as per my experience even if the post is specific and you are a great fit. They are not very clear in terms of what they want. The biggest red flag is - that they can go out of contact, ghosting you completely after taking you the absolute final round. This is absolutely unprofessional - the bare minimum one can expect is at least the courtesy of feedback and rejection. But these guys just block you everywhere. To me, it looks like the HRs are sort of just reaching out to people on random platforms to meet some sort of targets.
