I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maris Collective (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very unprofessional.
I was interviewed after a Facetime interview a few days before with Christina 30 miles away from the actual site. Christina acted as if she had never spoken to me and kept on making eye contact with another candidate who was waiting in the Fred Segal Cafe where we met. Very disappointing but made me realize I would never want to work for someone like that.

Interview
There was no interview process. We rescheduled 3 times due to the interviewer not being able to stick with any times that she insisted on. Unprofessional, to say the least. To me, this is a bad sign of the company and makes me uninterested to be employed by such a brand.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Maris Collective (Miami, FL) in Dec 2018
Interview
The group seemed to be unsure of what position they were actually looking for. They seem distracted and stressed and uninterested in my cv. They also did not follow up and were very rude to one of my references. Apparently they pay $14 an hr and do not give benefits, but promoted the job with a much higher earning potential. All in all, the interview process was basically unpleasant. I hope they run their organization better than their interviews.
