Consisted of phone screen an interview with VP of tech + an interview with two developers.
- Everyone was personable
- The process moved fast as they were looking for someone soon
- They weren't transparent, however, about the process. At the end of the phone screen, HR told me there would be one more interview with the VP and then offer. VP tells me at the interview he wants to give me an offer but wants me to talk to two of their developers and that this wouldn't be an interview. When I went into the final meeting with the two devs, they tell me this is an interview.
- During the interview VP talked fast and wouldn't leave room for questions as he wouldn't give me the time to finish when I was talking and kept cutting in
- In the end, I was never hired. Not that I wanted the chaotic open-office job anyway
They were looking for someone urgently so they only had one interview and an optional take home project. I did both and they said they were impressed. Unfortunately, I was not chosen for the position.
