a company presentation followed by some team building objective based work shops followed by a phone role play in an office then finally a 121 interview , once the job was accepted i was given 2 weeks classroom training to make sure i had enough info for the task at hand ,with various teaching methods used to make sure the training was enjoyable. once out of training there was 2 more weeks of training bay on live calls with managers and experienced agents close by to help if needed.
