It was very friendly and brief. She basically just wanted to know about more and if I've ever done customer service jobs such as this. She tried to explain the commission part but it's very confusing because it's divided by so many thing and it has a point system. She then gave me a folder which had a link to a website online and there was a bunch of online modules you had to complete before you could start working.

I applied and got an email the same day, and corresponded for a couple days, and had to make a HireVue video introducing myself. It’s happening very fast and the MarketSource company is very professional.
