Interview
I applied online and it took 4 weeks for me to get the phone interview. I have two phone interviews. One with HR and one with the director of R&D. Thay basically just ask some questions about your background and the reason you interest about their company. The process was comfortable and easy. The phone interview with the director was focus more on the research experience I had. The want people to have hands-on experience and creativity.
Completed a virtual computer interview, filmed myself answering questions. Then was a virtual panel interview with four people. The questions were typical, no big surprises- they asked what my favorite candy was and what candy I would create. Seemed to focus a lot on my prior experience and wanted things to exactly align with what they were looking for.
