Interview
I applied through a recruitment company, who got back to me very quickly to arrange an interview on Skype with Mary Quant 3 days later. The interview was with two members of staff who were very friendly and it all felt quite relaxed. A lot of it was them explaining the details of the role and how the company worked, and then some basic questions about my work experience. There was a short Japanese 'test' at the end, which was just small talk in Japanese to check my language abilities. I was told 2 days later that unfortunately someone else with more experience was chosen, but it was overall still a positive application experience.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mary Quant (London, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
We interviewed by Skype for about half an hour while I was in Germany. He didn't notice that I interviewed for the same job three years ago and was also offered it but I turned it down to move to Okinawa and work there. I accepted any way as I needed a starter job in London.
