It was an unconventional interview with question about all the real world scenarios. As this was my first interview after a gap and wasn’t prepared , I wasn’t able to clear the interview
Had multiple interview calls, one technical, one non-technical, then a technical test with a timer to apply artificial pressure, just to be ghosted in the end. Quite a bit of effort and wasted time.

Multiple interviews (Online personality interview and online test) with 1 day of mandatory attendance to the office to participate in multiple activities (team activities), tests (coding/technical testing) and interviews (speed “dating” interview and main interview with potential manager).

Interview
Four stages: a talent interview, a short tech test, an engineering interview, and a final interview with the team leader. This was the best interview experience I’ve had. The process was quick, communication at every stage was clear, and everyone was incredibly friendly.
