Three Interviews. It is a very confusing process overall.
First Interview: You are to meet at the office. The office was very cramped and nothing like I expected. The room was empty with just EDM music playing. I met the owner of the company and he asked me basic questions but he was super quick about it. Leaving me with a very vague concept of the job description. I applied for the "marketing coordinator" position, but not once did he mention that title in the interview. I left the interview dazed and confused, but got a call that I would be moving onto the second interview.
Second Interview: I had to meet a leader at a local Fred Meyer. We sat down in the food court area and she asked for my resume. She was quick to write the #4 on my resume. Im assuming to get me to think I was her fourth candidate that day? She began drilling me with interview questions. "what is my X factor?" "What I thought direct marketing was" etc. She then showed me the booth where they run the shows and then said "We will contact you in a few hours. If you dont hear from us then we decided to go with someone else."
Third Interview: Back at the office with the owner. Basically went over everything from the first two interviews. Still super vague. dont expect to know what the job fully is until after you start working there.
