Pretty easy process, applied on Maximus' website. I got an email for an assessment (basic computer literacy and assessment) two days later. I took the assessment the same day, then got an email the next day from a recruiter to set up an interview.

Describe a job or situation that you handled that required close attention to details or procedures. 3. Please give me an example of a time when you had to make an important decision under significant constraints. 4. Tell me about a time when organizing your work helped you get your work done more efficiently and effectively.

Interview
I saw it advertised on FB and applied right after Christmas day. Was scheduled for an interview a week later. Interview was different with lots of follow up questions to responses. Was offered the job the next day with a start within 10 days.

The interview was Very easy and quick. The Interviewer was kind, nice and not intimidating. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I Received offer in a week.
