Interview
The interview is conducted over zoom with other potential candidates. You're given the background of the company and what you'd be doing. You're then asked what days and times you'd be able to work (there's a few options to choose from). Then you're sent over paperwork to sign and your next instructions.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
