The first stage of most of Mayo Clinic's interviews is a phone screening, then the in-person interview. For the scheduling department, there was with a panel comprised of the floor managers, the head supervisor of FL Desk unit and assistant supervisor, Ken. The questions were very basic. I was asked the most predictable questions you could think of such as, Why you want to work for Mayo Clinic, What your strengths are, What your weaknesses are. They also ask you some questions related to your concept of what good service is and how you deal with difficult customers.
