I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2021
Interview
This interview was terrible. I spent a lot of time and money preparing, just to be told in the interview that I didn't have the experience they wanted and I couldn't even be hired until my program was complete and that "all the jobs we're hiring for will already be filled". Completely disheartening.

Question 1
A lot of different behavioral questions that I can't remember
The interview was mainly about personal skills and attributes. I didn't feel intimidated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Post-interview I was toured around the laboratory and given a quick view of the work culture.

Question 1
What was a time you had to resolve a disagreement in the workplace, and how did you respond?
very stressful and not friendly experience, stupid behavioral questions. 4 people were present for the interview, and some questions were personal and unprofessional. If they finish abruptly "thank you for your time" you did not pass.

Question 1
what have you learned from opinions different from yours and what were the outcomes
The interview process was short as I failed to meet all the qualifications of the company. The main one being that I did not reside in the country. They were prompt in their response time.
