Initial interview was behavioral based questions. It was obvious that they didn’t know what a paralegal did on a daily basis based on the interview questions. No wonder they have paralegal openings every few years.
The interview process is focused on behavioral questions, e.g. tell us about a time when you had to have difficult client conversations/how did you handle it/what would you do differently? They do 2 rounds of interviews with different people on each panel.
