it was a Phone interview; The interviewer ae very nice and professional and asked general screening questions. it took about 15-20 mins. You had the chance to ask the questions too

The Mayo Clinic wants VERY specific examples for every question they ask. If you tell them that you are good at something, you better have a really good example of how you are good at it and in what situation.
The interview was intense. I was in a room with about 8 people interviewing me.
