I arrived and asked for a manager. I explained that I was here for an interview and they offered me something to drink and said I could have a seat. The manager then came and introduced themselves and I shook their hand. The manager asked me a few questions about my experience and how I could be an asset to the company and what makes me want to work here.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Youngstown, OH)

Very well maintained area and interview location. General Manager was honest about environment and well engaging. If the location was more convenient, I would have moved forward with the offer. Best!
OJE is required to experience day to day store operations even office positions. That is interesting and the company culture. Before the OJE will have couple interview process conduct by HR and your team lead.
