I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
Easiest interview ever. Asked some simple questions. Customer service related questions. However, the way the interviewer was talking to the employees was not friendly at all. The interviewer was constantly distracted by what is going on in the store and the interview ended up being way longer than anticipated.

Question 1
Would you be able to work two weeks without a day off?
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I first had a short phone screening followed by an in-person interview with the district manager. They mainly focused on my previous retail experience, leadership style, and how I handle scheduling or customer service issues. The entire process took about a week, and communication was clear throughout.
