Hired as a part time crew member whilst I was at sixth form. Applied on a form and handed to the store, received a call asking to attend a short informal interview, got the job. Next step was to attend a course to learn about health and safety and food hygiene.

easy to average in difficulty. people management skills required. and they also check if you can work well under pressure. must have good communication skills. they will also check if you can explain the procedures.
The interview process was very easy. They asked me some situational questions, and asked about my qualifications. It is very easy to crack since they are always hiring. The first question is always "Tell me about yourself". Good luck.
