Interview
There were 3 interviews, all via video. First was with the hiring manager. The second was with a panel. The third was a skills test with a hiring manager and another Coordinator. They sent a survey and CCR's to review the night before and discuss in the third interview. I thought it was strange that I was the only one on camera in all three of the interviews.
Friendly interviewers, smooth process & communication between HR representative and myself was good. Interviewers were encouraging and asked interesting questions. Heard good things about working here but unfortunately did not end up getting the job.
Easy. Lasted 15 mins. I was asked a bunch of questions customer service but was also listening the bulk of the interview. I the hiring manager was very kind Fun and easy.
The interview process was very relaxed and straightforward. The interviewer was friendly and focused on getting to know me, my background, and why I was interested in the opportunity. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The questions were simple, and there was plenty of time to ask questions about the role and company.
