Straightforward. I was asked fairly standard questions. The interviewers were friendly but on the the ball. It was early in the morning and went for about 30 minutes. They checked my product knoweldge by asking about what I liked at the store
Basic ethic check , check background , check education, check crimson record , the interview is very easy , anyone raise a hand can do it

Asking about my experience and how I could grow the store and what could I do for them? What would I appreciate about being a boss? Am I OK with working various shifts working nights and weekends and overnights?

They mainly focused on my previous retail experience, leadership style, and how I handle scheduling or customer service issues. The entire process took about a week, and communication was clear throughout.
