-Too many interview stages. -Very persistent. -Unrealistic image of the role and their expectations. -No face to face interviews. I had 4 stage interviews with people from HR, Business Managers, Directors etc. I was being asked the same questions and I felt like they weren't listening. I guess it's part of the process they should be following. Once I accepted the job offer they started the reference and payslip checks that took so long. They kept asking for documents. After that, they sent me a laptop and instructions on how to set it up. I was meant to receive a pass for me to use it on my first day in the office but I never got it.

Went through graduate rec-to-rec. Initial phone interview, then a 4 hour onsite meeting team memebers, future manager and MD. General experience review and some recruitment based tasks (CV reviewing, job ad writing, mock candidate phone call)
