The recruiters McKesson uses are very professional and polite. However, once you have conversed there is a disconnect. I was unable to ask questions, the recruiter then declined and ignored emails. This reflects poorly on the company as a whole. This is becoming a common theme in all industries apparently, sub-par recruiters. Do better. People have options. You could lose talent based on a mediocre recruiter.
