I was called by recruiter. The management reviewed my CV and I was called for an interview. The manager asked me questions on the database technology. I had another round with Dev manager. Then I had a manager round with a director. Before offering me position I also had an interview with team. It had 5-6 people. That was quite an experience as I had not been interviewed by a team of colleagues before.

Interview
The interview was standard such as asking my goals, work ethic and working with other employees. The interviewer was very polite and professional in mannerisms and the process went smooth and to the point. The interview process experience gave me great insight into how the company operates and treats their employees. I left the interview with excellent understanding of what the company would expect from their employees.

Interview
1. Apply for the job
2. Get an email from HR the next day to schedule a preliminary call (about a week from then)
3. Talk to the HR - if they like your profile expect a follow up call next week from Sr recruiter and the Sr Recruiter forwards the profile to the hiring manager
4. Expect an email to confirm a time for phone interview with hiring manager
5. Talk with the Hiring manager(s) on the phone
6. Expect an in person interview after 1 - 2 weeks
The whole process should easily take 1 month. Things move slow in this company.
