They are casual interviewers and they don't ask too many technical questions, they are just looking for cheap salaries.

The ones they ask that they don't know the answer too. Seriously there are many with BIG egos and they will sit there and argue with you during the interview to make themselves look good. The best thing to do is simply state, I don't that off the top of my head and get them to move on.
