The position was in Prague, Czech Republic. I had a 1st interview with their recruiter. Another 30-minute english language screening by an outsourced company.
Another interview, 70-minute with 2 people on the phone: One to screen the technical background and the other to make a personality/psychological kind of profile. I had 35-minute with each, and the other one was also on the line, listening.
After this process, I was invited to a "batch day" along with other 14 candidates for same or different positions. There was a break-the-ice time in the beginning, and then we were split in groups to handle some examples of projects. We did 2 such projects with different group mixes each time. All the time they were monitoring the behaviour of the individuals in the team.
All this, lasted 3 hours in the morning. We were given a 1-hour break, and at 2pm we were back to be announced in person, who continues for next and last phase.
At that point, I saw that only 2 out of the 15 candidates had passed to that next phase.
The next phased comprised of another 3 private interviews which lasted till little bit after 5pm in the evening.
The whole process was a bit exhausting, very long, and felt like reality show.
