They follow some blogs some latest conferences based on IT, like Apple Swift new language.So the company trend is to follow a blog ,write blog, help in Tech forums

Interview
It involves 3 steps. The 1st step is to write a OO program and you will have to use JavaScript. Then you will have one tech interview and the final one with the VP.
I have to say It is a nice company but the interview and the one involved in the interview is pretty unprofessional.
In the tech interview, there was only one person who interviews me, which is very strange and the result is very much likely biased. It is a big company but only one person is in the interview.
I was asked a few questions that I have already told them through recruiter that I have no experience around that. But this guy kept asking you questions around them.
As an architect role, they are more interested in the actual tools/frameworks you have used rather than your architect ideas and how you design systems.
This company is going to hire a lot people
Recently. However with such problematic interview process, I would have to say good luck and they are not hiring the right people.
