First round of interview was great, taken by some Architect from US. Asked question starting from my past experience and deep diving into several GCP services, kubernetes core concepts, terraform, linux, packer etc. Qualified the round and for second round panel was not available, henceforth the HR ghosting process started. Kept on chasing the HR's with multiple mails and two phone calls for past 15 days and no response from them. Later one of the HR ghosted in a manner that I was not audible on the phone and later didn't picked the call a second later when I called. Lastly when I told to bring this attitude of them to public platform highlighting the ethics they are following, instantly got a call stating we do sent a mail on some day that you were not a good fit. So the question here arises on the credibility with which people like these are getting hired and how McKinsey is keeping a track on them. People with least ethical values are given responsibility of hiring people from the market, also I might consider there was glitch in the trigger mechanism of the job portal but how does second round got scheduled and also how much it does cost to reply via simple mail when a candidate is chasing them for the past 15 days.
