Really interesting but can feel a bit overwhelming. Candidates usually go through multiple rounds, sometimes with 4 to 8 interviews total. While the case studies and problem-solving exercises are challenging and engaging, it can feel long and mentally exhausting. People often say it’s a great learning experience but also admit that the number of interviews and the overall length can be a bit too much.
