Video game test was the main aspect of the first round, then case interviews from there. Video game was a weird fake ecology simulator and cases were standard style business consultant questions
the assessment was gamified in the sense that you had to build an environment for aquatic species and choose 8 speacies to survive as well as the location. There were 5 steps in total but I had a technical difficulty which wasn't addressed on time which led me to not being able to fullfill the assessment.
Four rounds of interviews with case studies and questions about how one has solved conflicts or other difficult situations in the past. Topics of case studies ranged from ticket sales for a soccer stadium to the Euro crisis.
