Brief and did not offer a good pay. They seemed like the did.not want to be bothered. They talked about layoffs when not busy. It was hot and everyone wore hair nets.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McLEAN (Simsbury, CT) in Aug 2013

Got called in for an interview, lasted about 30 minutes. Barely got asked any questions. It was really laid back. Only had one interview. Have to check back with HR constantly.
