However, we are thorough to make sure individuals joining the team in a supervisory capacity or higher levels have the skillset, experience, and attitude we expect of all team members, we also want to make sure their clinical skills, reports, and communication styles meet our standards of providing the highest quality of care to our clients and their families. Our understanding was that throughout the interviewing process, you were scheduling directly with the hiring committee. Human Resources was only involved at the point of requesting professional references and clarifying information received from the hiring committee during your interviews.
