The process includes a resume review by human resources (one person), and a preliminary interview by director of clinical services. Both individuals are very cold and stiff. Interview is highly judgmental and dry. No warmth there. After a few moments on campus, I felt very uncomfortable and knew I didn't want to work there. They didn't disappoint, I was eliminated immediately.

Interview
It was easy and everyone was nice. Super kind and support. Move to Arizona and allowed me slowly transition into job. Asked questions about supervision, background and goals for job. Looked 3 position and then accept an offer at one.
Screening with recruiter followed by phone interview followed by in-person interview. Fast process, generally positive. Recruiter was engaging and had accurate information. In-person interview was fairly standard with a focus on team building and finding a personality fit for the team.
