Meander Software interview questions

I applied online and got the call for interview on the same day.I interviewed after three days at Meander Software, Dwarka, New Delhi. I received the call 15 days later offering me the position but salary policy was not fine for me.There salary policy is bad they want you to work for free and later they will give you pocket money.
