Medical Associates Plus interview questions

Interview was conducted with the HR Manager and CEO. The interview consisted of questions to assess my coping skills, dealing with negative people, problem solving, decision making, initiative, process improvement, teamwork, and other questions relative to determining if I could complete the essential functions of the job. I was also asked to convey my personal knowledge about the company.
