Submitted online application which included answering a few questions including describing something exciting that had happened to you in the last 2 years. Received email late in the day to schedule a phone interview the next day. Phone interview was informational, lasted about 20-30 minutes, wanted to know what about the ad/company made me apply.Big focus on customer service philosophy and how that might fit with their company. At end of phone interview was scheduled for in-person interview the following week. Interviewed with three different people, one very casual, one asked more pointed questions, third showed my the appointment software and had me role play taking a phone appointment using the software.
