I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Medicines360 (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, expedient and very informative about the role, organization, corporate objectives with the two interviewers I met with. The overall process moved swiftly and the hiring decision was made very quickly, which was very professional and appreciated.

Question 1
what is my direct professional experience in this field, with this type of work, working style?
It is insane for a company to take you through 5 rounds of interviews and not have the courtesy of sending you a rejection email. You gave up about 4 hours for the interviews. It is wrong and tells a lot about the people running this company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medicines360 (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The team members I met during the panel interviews were for the most part pleasant, however, I never heard back after the final round. Sending a simple rejection email should be the bare minimum as courtesy for a candidate who also spent time and effort going through the extensive interview process. Honestly, this was my last choice anyways and I would advise against applying here as it was evident this company lacked communication, organizational structure, and respect for candidates.
