Interview process was great and easy. They were very pleasant. They asked my experiences about previous jobs. They Asked me about my challenges during those jobs. Why was I leaving the current job? What was my expectations?
They have a system they go by- on how to conduct interviews. Its not as simple but not hard to complete. They want you to give examples and scenarios. My interviewer did not go off script.
Interviews are opportunities to highlight strengths, communicate value, and build real connection. Preparing strong examples shows confidence.
