4 ROUND OF INTERVIEWS: 1st is portfolio is shotlisting, next is culture round which is the most important. It is to see if the candidate is a cultural fit. 3rd is an assignment which is a 2-3 days task. 4th round is work day with everyone in which candidate is given a task for the day and they have to work with the team. In this both parties can judge the culture and work ethics

1) Assignment on Excel and SQL 2) TR and Assignment review (brief explanation of your approach to the problems and some technical questions on SQL, Excel and any other tools (if mentioned in the resume) 3) Managerial round ( includes resume probe and some situation based questions)
