I applied early January and received a phone call about a month later asking me to come in for an interview. For the interview, I met with two different people. I’m not sure who the first interviewer was, but she was very friendly and easygoing. She read off several questions from a packet and wrote down my responses. After that, she led me to a back room where I met with the store director. He also asked me several questions from a packet and then talked to me about shift availability and pay. He also asked me to ask him some questions. After this, I met with a woman from HR and entered my information into a computer so that a background check could be completed. I was told that once the background check cleared I’d be called to schedule orientation. The whole process took about an hour.
