Interview
First I had a phone interview with the cashier team leader. Two days later I was called back for an interview with both the cashier team leader and the line team leader for the following day. I did a third interview two days later with the store director and that was when I was offered a position. Overall the questions are fairly standard

Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
