The interviewing process was held at Mekelle university in October 2011 .at that time four individuals were seat to ask me different questions regarding the job but the question regarding way of managing class room when a teacher face students with mis- behavior was interesting. Generally 192 teachers were seat for the exam and two individuals were select to teach the subject and I'm happy for that process.
