Panel interview, process was straightforward. Started right on time, was a panel of managers, educators, and current employees on the unit. Overall felt very at ease with the process. Employees being a part of the process helps ensure you are a good fit with the unit culture.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
There was a panel of 3 nurses. Manager, Day shift and night shift. and ICU. they asked situational questions. why i wanted to become a nurse. It was only one interview.
