Interview
A group of people who were assigned the same time slot would sit in the same room filing paperwork ranging from background information to work preference. 3 reference contact information is supposed. A case review written within 15 minutes at the place was required. A clinical supervisor and one site coordinator will be the interviewers.

Interview
Applicants were given a FAQ, which included more information on the organization. Went into a room with all of the applicants to fill out paperwork for about 30 minutes, which consisted of a writing sample on a client who stood out to you the most and preferences for work type and location. Individuals were pulled into separate rooms to interview with supervisors and were asked a series of questions that were on a list. At the end of the interview, salary was discussed as well as benefits. The whole process took about an hour to an hour and a half.
