Questions are not difficult; some solutions may be asked the solutions for the scenario. And the reason for joining the aviation industry. The interviewers are polite but their building is a bit far from the urban district.

Interview
First, you have to do an English written test about the comprehension of flight information. Then will be an individual interview session with the HR manager, such as a self-introduction in Putongua. You will be requested to answer the questions in multiple languages.

What are the reasons for applying for this job position? What personality do you have that fulfills the job requirements?
The first round of interview was with the manager of Process Team, then followed immediately by another round of interview with General Manager of IT, all happened in the same morning.
