It is a long process of 3-4 interviews but is well structured. First you meet the HR person, then the squad interview of colleagues that are not necessarly related to your work expertise, the one interview with your future manager, and at the end, an interview with the manager of your manager.

Two rounds of formal interviews with the division and HR, and many occasions of informal interviews, such as casual conversations, and on job interview. I personally very like the way I was interviewed, because they get to know your full personality and real capability at work, and at the same time, I got to know many future colleagues and got a good sense of the work culture and environment.
