The interview process was a walkthrough of my resume followed by behavior questions. The hiring manager sent out offer letters about one week after I interviewed. I then had about a week to accept or decline the offer.

Interview
Interview process started with in-formal phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an on-site interview (9AM - 4PM).
All interviews use the STAR behavior paradigm. Typically 30 minutes per interview session, with 1-2 interviewers per session. Be expected to be onsite for 6h+. The number of questions that the interviewers were required were planned, and allows minimal time for questions from the interviewee.
