My interview process was a very traditional, very brief, one on one session. My interview consisted of the standard interview questions: List your strengths, List your weaknesses, what are your short term goals, long term goals. The interview process itself lasted maybe fifteen minutes. My resume was reviewed and questions were asked about it.

Short and easy. It was an interdepartment transfer. I have interviewed for several other departments within Mercy. Before I got my foot in the door, the interview process was very long. It took several months and applications to get a call back. They ask questions regarding Mercy Values as well as general questions regarding experience.
