Met with all managers in a group and went over what they expect of us to do. Went over the mercy mission statement as well as a small tour. You should be interactive during this interview as personality is a big help, you will be on the phones often with patients and some will not be the happiest to hear from you due to medical reasons but you should be the calm positive tone on the phone.
